Updated review: Better service this time around. Very nice lady at the first window.
This is my least favorite locations of Wendy's. Service is hit or miss and the people seem to be upset that they are working. One manager took the time to chastise me on making sure I requested ranch with my order before getting to the window. I almost thought she was going to hold the sauce hostage as a lesson to me in the future when ordering. Glad I didn't need any ketchup -

I went in to this Wendy's at 11:00 this morning and went to the restroom to wash my hands. An employee came into the restroom as I was leaving. When I got to the counter I realized I left my wallet on the sink so I went back to the restroom and passed the employee coming out. My wallet was not in the restroom any longer. I went to the counter and asked to speak to him and he came up and said he did not take it. There were only two or Rhee customers in the building so I checked the restroom again and it wasn't there. I checked my truck to be sure and I didn't leave it there. I went back to the counter and demanded to speak with him again. The young lady started smiling and ran to the back. She came back with my wallet but not him. She said an employee found it and handed it to me. It was soaking wet and everything had been pulled from it and put back in wrong. They pulled the cash from the center compartment and counted it because each bill was wet. The credit cards and my DL was pulled from the outside and shoved on the center. If an employee "found" it why did they trash it like they did? My ID was visible on the outside when they picked it up. I am 100% certain the employee I talked to had it from the beginning. This all took place in just a couple of minutes. Horrible experience!!!!!

Hands down the worst Wendy's I've ever been too! Extremely slow, poor quality of food and customer service is horrible!!! 15min later I'm still waiting in the drive thru for a drink!!! I've already paid or I'd ask for a refund.

Go anywhere else. I have been here multiple times because it is convenient and have not received a correct order one time. Staff is very rude. Would rather not eat than come to this place again!

This place is the worst Wendys to eat at.. If u like fresh grilled chicken or any chicken, Do Not Eat Here... 280 Wendys is not the place. Don't get me started on the sodas, the worst. U would think after years it would make changes, but not in this case. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I'd say quarter star.
